- 6 brioche hotdog buns
- 6 sausage or wiener of choice
- Alexandra’s Pikliz
- Shredded cheese
- Grill your favourite sausage or hotdog wiener on the BBQ (or pan for indoors), here I used honey garlic Italian sausage.
- Slit your brioche hotdog buns and toast it on the griddle
- Top with ketchup, mustard, and sprinkle shredded cheese.
- Replace your ordinary sweet relish with flavour packed Alexandra’s Pikliz!
