Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup Alexandra's Pikliz Infused Hot Honey
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, and eggs.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large Dutch oven or deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- One at a time, dip each chicken wing in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Carefully lower the chicken wings into the hot oil and fry for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the chicken wings from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- In a small bowl, combine the chopped scallions and Alexandra's Pikliz Infused Hot Honey.
- Toss the cooked chicken wings with the scallion mixture to coat.
- Serve immediately.
