Ingredients:
- 1 head green cabbage, shredded
- 1 head red cabbage, shredded
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup Alexandra's Pikliz Spicy Pepper Relish
Instructions:
- Combine vegetables: In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrot.
- Make the dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Toss: Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
- Add Pikliz: Stir in Alexandra's Pikliz Spicy Pepper Relish to taste.
- Chill: Refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled.
Tips:
- For a spicier coleslaw, add more Pikliz.
