Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Alexandra's Pikliz Spicy Pepper Relish
Instructions:
- Prepare the shrimp: In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
- Grill the shrimp: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through and pink.
- Assemble the dish: Divide the cooked rice among four plates. Top with grilled shrimp, avocado slices, and a generous spoonful of Alexandra's Pikliz Spicy Pepper Relish.
