Tacos with Alexandra's Pikliz

Elevate taco Tuesday with Alexandra's Pikliz
- Ground Beef/Ground Turkey/Meatless Beef/Chicken/Shrimp/Fish (your choice)
- Taco shells, hard or soft, your choice
- Rice (Vigo brand, Yellow Rice or Cilantro Lime Rice), as a side
- Yellow onion, small, sliced

Taco Seasoning or
- Tomato sauce
- Olive oil
- Chili powder
- Cumin
- Oregano
- Badia’s Season Complete (a combination of dried onion, garlic, salt, spices and herbs)
- Lawry’s Seasoned Salt

- Avocado or guacamole
- Cherry tomatoes halved
- Green onion chopped
- Red onion chopped
- Flat leaf parsley chopped
- Fresh cilantro finely chopped
- Limes quartered
- Sour cream (add a tablespoon or two of Alexandra’s Pikliz)
- Shredded cheese (your choice)
- Alexandra’s Pikliz, Spicy Pepper Relish

- Add your preferred protein to a skillet over medium heat, follow cooking instructions that are best for desired protein
- Add olive oil, taco seasoning or tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, dried oregano, Badia’s Season Complete and Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
- Boil water and cook the rice with some olive oil and yellow onion, and lightly add seasoned salt
- Top with Alexandra’s Pikliz
