Easy Holiday Ham Roll with Alexandra’s Pikliz

Ingredient

Note: For 6 rolls

• 4 pieces of ham (smoked, maple flavour)
• 10g Capelin roe
• 15g cream cheese
• 5g Alexandra’s Pikliz
• Cucumber
• Parsley

Steps

1. Mix the cream cheese with the Alexandra’s Pikliz
2. Slice 6 pieces of cucumber. 1 mm in thickness
3. Stack one piece of ham on top of another, with 2 cm displacement
4. Roll the ham with a 1 cm diameter hollow
5. Slice the roll with an angle
6. Repeat 3-5 for the other two pieces of ham
7. Use a small spoon to half fill the roll with the mixture
8. Place proportional capelin roe on top
9. Place one parsley leave on each roll and serve
