One Pan Skillet Beef with Eggs and Alexandra’s Pikliz

Ingredient

  • 300 g grounded beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 50g white mushroom
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 3 egg
  • 3 tbsp oil

Relish Rose Sauce

  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 250 g canned tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 6 tbsp Alexandra’s Pikliz
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Steps

  1. In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat and add minced garlic
  2. Add the tomato sauce and bring it to a light simmer, continue to stir
  3. While stirring, add parmesan cheese until fully melted
  4. Continue to stir and add in cream and Alexandra’s Pikliz
  5. Reserve the sauce on the side.
  6. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and add in garlic and diced onion until aroma appears.
  7. Add in grounded beef and continue to cook until browning
  8. Add in mushroom and continue cooking for a minute or so
  9. Add in the Pikliz Rose sauce and bring the entire content to a light simmer
  10. Crack eggs on the top and put on a lid. Cook for 7-9 min until your preferred doneness
  11. Serve with a crispy slice of bread, enjoy!
