Pepperoni and Cheese Pizza with Alexandra’s Pikliz Infused Hot Honey

Alexandra's Pikliz Infused Hot Honey - Recipe



  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese; adjust to your liking.
  • Pepperoni slices, as much as to your liking


  1. Preheat the oven to 450F
  2. Use a rolling pin and roll out the dough to a flattened circle
  3. Transfer the dough to a cast-iron pan, pizza stone, or bakeware of choice
  4. Add sauce in a light layer all over the pizza, leaving a finger-thick edge on the side.
  5. Add half of the cheese, then sprinkle with pepperoni slices to your heart’s content
  6. Top with remaining cheese
  7. Bake for 10 - 15 min, until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Drizzle with Alexandra’s Hot Honey Pikliz, slice, and serve!
