Turkey Sandwich with Alexandra’s Pikliz

Ingredients (makes 2 sandwiches)

• 4 slices of bread
• 250g sliced turkey breast deli meats
• 1/2 heirloom tomato
• 1/2 cucumber
• few leaves of iceberg lettuce
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 4 tbsp Alexandra’s Pikliz
  

Steps

• Butter your bread pieces and toast in a pan or a toaster
• Layer with turkey breast deli meats, sliced heirloom tomato slices, and cucumber slices
• add iceberg lettuce
• Mix together mayonnaise with Alexandra’s Pikliz
• Spread evenly on the top, and finish off with another piece of buttered and toasted bread.
