Crab (Seafood) Salad Alexandra’s Pikliz - Valentine’s Day


  • 250g imitation crab 
  • 1 piece of celery stalk
  • 1 small shallot
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp of Alexandra’s Pikliz
  • Garnish: radish, edible flowers and micro green


  1. Dice celery into small pieces
  2. Dice shallots into small pieces
  3. Make the sauce by mixing Alexandra’s Pikliz and mayonnaise together
  4. Blanch crab stick if needed, and cut into smaller pieces.
  5. Mix it all together
  6. Serve on sliced radish, with fresh microgreen and edible flower on top to create the perfect Valentine’s Day salad!
