Spiced Pear Bruschetta with Alexandra's Pikliz


  • 1/2 regular sized Baguette
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp of Alexandra’s Pikliz
  • 1/2 pear
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Garnish: blackberry, caramel sauce, dried parsley and mini mint leafs


  1. Slice the Baguette into slices
  2. Lightly spread on butter and pan fry until slightly crisp on both side
  3. Make the spread by mix Alexandra’s Pikliz and cream cheese together, add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Slice pear into thin slices, stack them in a fan shape, brush on honey and dried parsley
  5. Bake the pear slices in oven at 400F for 15 min
  6. Assemble the bruschetta by layering baguette, Alexandra’s Pikliz cream spread, and the caramelized pear
  7. Garnish with fruits and greens
