Gourmet Hot Dog with Alexandra’s Pikliz

Ingredients

• 6 brioche hotdog buns
• 6 sausage or wiener of choice

Condiments

• Ketchup
• mustard
• Alexandra’s Pikliz
• Shredded cheese

Steps

1. Grill your favourite sausage or hotdog wiener on the BBQ (or pan for indoors), here I used honey garlic Italian sausage.
2. Slit your brioche hotdog buns and toast it on the griddle
3. Top with ketchup, mustard, and sprinkle shredded cheese.
4. Replace your ordinary sweet relish with flavour packed  Alexandra’s Pikliz!
5. Enjoy!
