- 4 tbsp Alexandra’s Hot Honey Pikliz
- 1 cup rolled oats.
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp ground flax seed
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cup skim milk
- In a pot combine all the ingredients
- Bring to a slight boil and turn to medium heat; continue to simmer for 15 min or until the oatmeal thickens.
- Stir and let it sit for another 2-3 min to allow ingredients to fully absorb the liquid
