Alexandra's Pikliz Spicy Pepper Relish Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients: 2 slices sourdough bread 4 slices Cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons Alexandra's Pikliz Spicy Pepper Relish 2 tablespoons butter 1 tomato, sliced 1 sprig rosemary 1 tablespoon basil Instructions: Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.
