Crab (Seafood) Salad Alexandra’s Pikliz - Valentine’s Day
Ingredient
250g imitation crab
1 piece of celery stalk
1 small shallot
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp of Alexandra’s Pikliz
Garnish: radish, edible flowers and micro green
Steps
Dice celery into small pieces
Dice shallots into small pieces
Make the sauce by mixing Alexandra’s Pikliz and mayonnaise together
Blanch crab stick if needed, and cut into smaller pieces.
Mix it all together
Serve on sliced radish, with fresh microgreen and edible flower on top to create the perfect Valentine’s Day salad!

For this month, since it's Veganuary, we thought it would be fitting to do a vegan dish.
Monkfish with Alexandra’s Pikliz
Ingredient 1 lb Monkfish filet (for 2 people) 3 garlic cloves 1 tsp butter 1 small celery cabbage (whole) 1 lemon 1 tablespoon of Alexandra’s Pikliz Steps Clean and dry the fish. Season with salt and pepper. Rest to room temperature. Coat with sufficient cooking oil. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Heat the pan (ovenproof) to medium-high heat. Sear the fish for 3 minutes.
