Turkey Sandwich with Alexandra’s Pikliz
Ingredients (makes 2 sandwiches)
4 slices of bread
250g sliced turkey breast deli meats
1/2 heirloom tomato
1/2 cucumber
few leaves of iceberg lettuce
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp mayonnaise
4 tbsp Alexandra’s Pikliz
Steps
Butter your bread pieces and toast in a pan or a toaster
Layer with turkey breast deli meats, sliced heirloom tomato slices, and cucumber slices
add iceberg lettuce
Mix together mayonnaise with Alexandra’s Pikliz
Spread evenly on the top, and finish off with another piece of buttered and toasted bread.

Guacamole with Alexandra’s Pikliz
Ingredients
3 ripe avocados
1/2 finely diced onion
1 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
4 tbsp Alexandra’s Pikliz
Steps
Use a potato masher to mash the avocados in a mixing bowl
Use a food processor and grind fresh cilantro leaves into bit sized
Mix all the ingredients together including Alexandra’s Pikliz
Serve immediately and enjoy!

Mac and Cheese with Alexandra’s Pikliz
Ingredients 8 ounces whole wheat macaroni pasta (elbow shaped) 8 tbsp butter 3 tbsp flour 2 cup milk 4 tbsp Alexandra’s Pikliz 2 cups grated cheddar cheese salt and pepper to taste Breadcrumbs Steps Boil macaroni pasta according to packaging instructions, drains and put in an oven-safe baking bowl.
