Ingredients (makes 2 sandwiches) 4 slices of bread 250g sliced turkey breast deli meats 1/2 heirloom tomato 1/2 cucumber few leaves of iceberg lettuce 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp mayonnaise 4 tbsp Alexandra’s Pikliz Steps Butter your bread pieces and toast in a pan or a toaster Layer with turkey breast deli meats, sliced heirloom tomato slices, and cucumber slices add iceberg lettuce Mix together mayonnaise with Alexandra’s Pikliz Spread evenly on the top, and finish off with another piece of buttered and toasted bread.
